Kuala Lumpur trip

Drove to Kuala Lumpur with Grace and Yu over a weekend in December. They were pretty co-operative, did not complain much on the road because they were sleeping on most parts of the journey! ha ha thank God. Mommy and Daddy took turns to drive.

Checked into our hotel which is located next to Sentral Station. Dropped our luggage, took a nice picture of the room in its neat and clean state. And then off we were to Mid Valley Mega Mall for our favourite penang food - Little Penang Cafe. Oh, we took a train to Mid Valley (once is enough, Mommy says) RM3 for four of us.

The portions are huge as usual at Little Penang Cafe. Curry Mee and Assam Laksa are Daddy's favourite. Daddy must have chilli at every meal. Grace is showing interest and endurance in spicy food recently and gradually. clap clap clap.

Mommy is a non-chilli person so she goes for the all-time favourite Penang Char Kway Teow with lots of the usual ingredients and a dash of crab meat on top, the prawns are huge too.

Mommy ordered Hokkien Prawn noodle but it was a little too spicy for her, just look at the redness! scary and sigh..... Hokkien prawn noodle is Mommy's favourite in Penang.

Even though there was a sale in Malaysia in December but... oh well....did not really shop cos Mommy is not a "shopaholic" to begin with. Bought the gals some kids stuff to "keep them going" is a must though.
ha ha ha.

Grace and Yu had much fun at the mini games arcade for children within the Japanese departmental store (yes, where else can we find fun and cute things?).

There is also a mini bowling alley. The pins are computerised and its pretty easy to score a Strike! Uncle Mike, how are we doing in the lane?

Back at the hotel, its the free-form swimming pool for Grace and Yu. They are not swimmers so they can only play at the wading pool. Kids like to play with water.

That's all for our 3-day trip.
