Today is Yu's 6th Birthday. These are her Birthday presents from Mommy and Daddy. A brown rabbit that hops and moves its two long ears. Yu has been eyeing the toy since Jie Jie Grace had a similar Kitty. A white furry toy and an adorable, cute-sounding "bilingual greeting" Beijing Olympic doll from Daddy on his recent trip.
After Sunday Church service, the Family had lunch at an "unusual" place - McDonald's. The Family dined in one perhaps some 2 years back?! Grace and Yu were overjoyed because this was a special treat!

In the evening, the Family had dinner at Mommy's Grandparent's house. See Mommy, Great-Grandma and Grandma and the little ones. Faith and Luke (dear cousins) were there too! Enjoyable!

It was a surprise Birthday celebration. Yu and her favourite Disney Princess - Sleeping Beauty. Yu, Faith and Grace admiring the beautiful princess cake which is big enough to feed 4 generations. ha ha ha.

These are some of the relatives (the regulars) gathered at Great-Grandparent's house on Sunday. Great-Grandma is a hospitable jolly grand old lady who welcomes all to her house and she whips up mouth-watering dishes week after week (decades after decades to be exact!) with her faithful domestic helper. Great-Grandpa is not feeling well so he is staying in a hospital for the moment. He will be home soon and enjoy the company of all too.
Yu's birthday at 6 years old (all grown up with Jie Jie); 2 years old with Jie Jie helping her to cut the cake; 3 years old dressed in a tiny red dress admiring the cholocate cake; 4 years old with marble cheesecake (Mommy's choice actually...hee hee) and 5 years old with Jie Jie watching her as she cut the lovely pink heart-shaped cake by herself. God bless you with wisdom and favour, En Yu. Shalom!
