Hong Kong Disneyland 2006

Hong Kong Disneyland is Grace's and Yu's favourite theme park in Hong Kong. It was drizzling when we reached the entrance of Disneyland. We bought ourselves Mickey Mouse raincoats. Business for raincoats and umbrellas was brisk at the gate, not too expensive at HK120 for 4.

Mickey and Minnie in their warm winter attire greeted us at the Main Street USA. What a wonderful surprise. Met many other Disney characters - Goofy, Cinderella and her two good mice friends, Aurora in her beautiful pink gown, Mu Lan the Chinese princess warrior, adorable Chipmunks, naughty Donald Duck, Winnie the Pooh and gang along the way.


TomorrowLand - Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters is our favourite ride in Disneyland. clap clap clap. We went on it twice. Well, Space Mountain is the most dreaded - dark, noisy and almost threw us off our seats.

FantasyLand has to be the most beautiful wonderland. Grace and Yu gallop on Cinderella Carousel; went a-flying with Dumbo the Flying Elephant; ride on an adventure with Winnie the Pooh and Friends in an oversized hunny pot; spinning in Mad Hatter Tea Cups; gone on a hilarious adventure with Donald Duck through movies, music and mayhem. Totally enjoyable.

It's time to say goodbye after a day of fun and laughter in Disneyland.

la la la M-I-C....see you again! K-E-Y......why? because we love you! M-O-U-S-Eeeee.
