As promised, brought the gals to the Philatelic Museum as well as Asian Civilisations Museum (Armenian Street) cos free admission to both museums (ha ha) on Hari Raya Puasa. There is an interesting collection of Peranakan photos (on level 3 of ACM) of wedding couples as well as matriachs of the family.
It was our first visit to the stamps
museum, quite impressed with the many exhibits cramped within the small building. Well, the gals were busying running around while Daddy and Mommy studied the stamps and letters of old. Do you find this scooter familiar, making its round around the estate daily?
boy! missed those days of writing and sending letters to friends and pen pals. 
Still think the red circular mailbox is the prettiest of all.
